I just got out of a rocky relationship with my ex after talking on and off for about a year. He hurt me so bad emotionally and i really tried to make things work. Ive found someone else but my ex still comes around and calls. Is it wrong for me to feel guilty for trying to go " Cold Turkey " on my ex? Ive been ignoring his phone calls and not calling.. it seems like the only way. I feel so guilty and bad about it..is this normal?

sometimes going cold turkey is the only way to get over a guy. if he really messed you up emotionally, you should stay as far away from him as possible. i know it will be weird to go from talking to him all the time to never, but what happens when he progresses into physically hurting you instead of just emotionally abusing you. it sounds like you found someone else, so just focus on that relationship and let your ex find someone else who is a better match for him. cold turkey all the way and dont feel guilty- its normal!

I don't exactly know what you mean by "Cold turkey" but if the relationship was rocky and you've found someone else then you should tell your ex. it's hard to breakup but at least if you tell him maybe he will quit bothering you. as for feeling guilty most people do feel guilty when breaking up with someone.
