In Bangkok the best one-stop-shopping would have to be Chatuchak Market. It is open only on the weekend (I think also Friday afternoons). The range is enormous. Just talk with the sellers to negotiate quantity discounts. It's right on the BTS transport system, so it's easy to get there, but be prepared for heat and crowds.
Also, Thailand has the OTOP - One Tambon One Product - Organisation which produces really unique, traditional products including women's clothes. Prices are negotiable. Check the web for the address of the central outlet in Bangkok - it could be worth it if you want to buy really exclusive one-off items which are hand-made. Again, as always in Thailand, prices are negotiable.

I'd suggest because Hong Kong is such a Megalopolis that you try using the Yellow Pages or a Buyers directory first before you go out on the road.

Hi the clothing wholesale center is in Pratunam. You can go to any stalls or shop whose designs you like and can negotiate with the suppliers there. Look around the area. Buildings and hotels nearby also carry clothing wholesalers. Varying quality, designs and cuts can be found. It should be easy if you are going into this. You can contact me at tongbn@yahoo.co.uk if you like more info.

Regards.

Pratunam and Bobae Tower (near Prince Palace Hotel) are wholesale markets for garments. Pratunam's a better bet - better quality clothings here.
