If u are a teenager (13 year old boy) and you want to be a tall person (6feet and above) but you want to be very fit (because u wanna be an athlete), would you recommend me to do lunges and squats using 5 kg(10 pound) dumbells? Can lifting 5kg dumbells in any way (standing, sitting or lying down) stunt ur growth?

No, it will not stunt your growth. Think of all the tall farm boys out there that do their chores heaving heavy bales of hay around. Malnutrition can stunt the growth, so make sure the diet is okay. Height is a function of genetics though, so it will depend upon the genetic make of this 13 year old boy and who his ancestors were.
