Anything is good. Just raising your heart rate till you sweat will burn fat. I run on treadmill, then walk, then run again. When you get tired slow it down and catch your breath. Pretty soon, and it won't take long, you will be running for miles, and when you run everything is moving. We were all born to run....

the best way girl it works trust me.
1-everyday when you wake up eat a slice of garlic like if it was a pill with warm water .
2-get a magazine and go to the gym make sure that the magazine cover has a hot *** *****. so that you get motivated to loose pounds and look better than her.
3-buy shirts and pants that fit tight so that you can have a motivation to fit in them.

I ahve been doing exercise for it and it does not work you can't spot train. Just do cardio and muscular and you will loose weight.

The only time my love handles reduces (and it takes forever to see a tiny bit of reduction as it is my problem area) is when i regularly work out and eat well blablabal (I hate it) but it is the way to do it.

sorry there are no exercises to just loose love handles, the body looses body fat equally. so to loose love handles you will have to work hard to loose body fat all over you body, the best part is while you are loosing your love handles your stomach, arms and thighs will become tone and you will look great!!!!!!!!!!

Walk for 30 minutes, rain or shine.
Walking is one of the best and cheapest exercise we can do for our health.
Because it is so cheap, we often think and feel that it can not work. I can introduce you to many people here in Livingston, MT, including myself, who have lost weight by walking.
Looking forward to spring. -4 to 28 above is too cold for this cold blooded transplant from California.

Run, and don't stop running until you can't stand.

Drink sh!tloads of water.

Weightlift (doing so superf*cks your metabolism).
