you can keep your energy while dieting by EATING the rite foods and taking vitamins. one great place to go when ur on a diet is jamba juice and they will give u a great variety of enery drinks and a choice of energy boost! good luck!

I have a Jack Lalanne Juicer..It is one of the best x-mas presents I have ever receive...I could not figure out for days what the heck was up with me.I was bouncing of walls. Carrrot /Apple Juice my friend. I had so much energy... Also, make sure you drink plenty of water and take vitamins if your dieting..

vitamins ,fruits ,whe ni was in the diet ,i never feel hungry and never fainted .because the diet was so complete ,although i ate a little but since i ate better.i never lost my energy,on the contrary, my skin and hair were much better and healthier than now ,(i am not in a diet any more) .you cat eat every thin but a little .especially eat dates. but not too much.bred but a small piece, rice but just a bout 7 spoons,and so on,but please tale calcium and multy vitamins daily .

Caffeine pills. Redbull Sugarfree. Diet Coke. Basically caffeine or amphetamines(bad idea)

Exercising does give you energy, be sure to drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

I make my own crazy trail mix out of all kinds of yummy dried fruits and nuts. Just go and get a little of this and a little of that and them dump them all into a zip-lock. (I might throw a couple mini oreos in there for a reward)

eat snacks throughout the day. always have some pitted prunes put in a miniature plastic container inside ur handbag at all times.

You should still be eating quite a bit!! Just make sure you are eating the right things. I make sure I always have baby carrots around
