Every time that I have done that I regretted it. Everyone should take a little time to think before you speak. The word really is more mighty than the sword.

Yeah..I said something really mean to one of my friends once.It just came out-cause they were messing with me,and even though I usually don´t mind,I just was having one of those days..and couldn´t stand much more.Obviously once I did and saw their face I felt horrible!It took a while for things to finally go back to the way they were,but none the less I totally regretted it and was grateful that things weren´t irreversible.

here you are asking the question to millions of people who read yahoo questions. of course we all did, with no exception, i am sure. what are you going to do with the information -- everyone case is different, depending on age, experience and to whom this calamity was done. a second to regret is too quick...give it some more time to reflect on. PS. thanks g-d the "said" things did not follow with acts -- as it was customary during the middle ages -- with a sharp sword...your head was on the ground.

I think everyone has. Maybe me more that others.
I'm trying to improve day by day. I try to remember,
that it doesn't cost a thing to be nice. Kindness is yours
to pass out at will. I truly hope there is no one out there
carrying any scars from anything I have said or done.
Hopefully we all grow up and learn our lessons.

GUILTY..WAS CONGRATULATING A COWORKER IN A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT WHO I HAD NOT SEEN FOR A WHILE ON HER WEIGHT LOSS..AND SAID "WOW YOU'VE LOST A TON OF WEIGHT" AND AFTERWARDS I REALIZED THAT DIDN'T COME OUT RIGHT
