I have to be indoors all tomorrow and I need to lose 5 pounds for wrestling. I cant go run outside nor hit the gym. I really dont want to starve myself. What are some good exercises that help you lose fat quick?

If u have stairs, run up and down those alot. Or do crunches like mad. Oh, and online look up "Negative Calorie Foods" and eat alot of those. Negative calorie foods mean that it takes more calories to digest than the food its self! Lol. But it's almost immpossible to lose that much in a day. And one more thing. Look online for these heated wraps. You can lose about 7 POUNDS in ONE HOUR! They "melt" your fat. It works REALLY well. Good luck in your match AND losing those pounds! But also, it can be harmful to your health. I suggest that you just talk to your health care professional so that you don't harm your body. I know someone who tried to lose 7 pounds in one day and they went to the hospital for a week because they were so dehydrated. They also worked themselved WAY to hard. I suggest you just wait until another match, if that is at all possible. It would be better than going to the hospital for a few days (or more!) But anyway, good luck in your match AND losing those pounds!

Day 1: oats or 1 oaf of bread 4 breakfast drink about half a ggallon of water today go for a run- jog for 5 min. then do a short sprint for 1 min. break for 3 min. repete 3 or 4 times then walk home lunch-a whole weat sandwich with a slice of chees an a slice of meat or a can of soup(dont drink milk) Watch tv or something relaxing wile continuously clenching your abbs for about an hour Go for a 30 min to hour jog then a small 5o-100 metter sprint dinner- same as lunch day 2:repete day one Day three- Relax day, stay on the diet but let those muscles heal and fight that fat Day four-Push yourself breakfast- same sprint as long and hard as you can and time it at a 3 min rest then go again, your distance should get shorter but maintain the same speed. do this for about an hour. Do the clencching exersize again for an hour lunch-same take an hour to digest and lift weights if you have them if not then do pull ups and sit ups 4 about an hour Last day- Go for a small jog befor breakfast Breakfast-same relax lunch - treat yourself to whatever you want just go by the serving size Small jog dinner-just like lunch A very long jog/walk sleep very wellzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and you will lose 5 to 10 pounds good luck and only do this scedual about 1nce a month more than that is unhealthy

Really none unless you run all night long around a l/4 track. You are just going to have to drink nothing but water and V8 juice all day in order to loose 5 lbs. that quick. Good Luck.

how about you starvyourself and then if you even dare to eat thorw it up man throw it up. then run about 10 miles in the park but if your fat never mind you just cant do it. you ll pig yourself out at the end and the 5 pounds well be gained back so sell all your food eat nothing water and air...

I know this sounds awful but I had to get a colonscopy and they made me drink this stuff called magnesium citrate, it tastes awful but it got rid of everything in my stomach and intestines and I lost 4 pounds from doing it. Its disgusting stuff and it might be too late to try it because you'll need a few hours a time in the bathroom but it worked. You can buy it in drug strores, it comes in a glass bottle and its over towards the laxatives.

Weigh yourself, naked, first thing in the morning after you pee. You weigh the least first thing in the morning (mostly from dehydration).
Of course, as soon as you eat or drink something, the weight goes back up.

there is no way to loose 5 pounds in one day without inflicting your health pretty badly

You'd have to burn 17,500 calories in addition to however many you consume. In other words, burn x+17,500 calories where x is the number of total calories consumed throughout the day.
