Yeh i be responsive to what you propose, if I ask a question and that i unquestionably did no longer be responsive to the respond, each so often i could get reported as "dumb", nicely forgive me for no longer being concerned to be responsive to ineffective info. yet each so often its the question that one asks, and to be sincere, some question on right here do no longer desire solutions. some human beings ask questions that help the main outrageous issues like "females have not have been given any rights, why do they think of they do" or "my 10 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous is making me pay for his or her cigars, could i cease paying". it is once I step in and supply them a rude reaction, yet hi there, they deserved it. there are a number of categories of human beings in the international, you only gotta learn how to handle some human beings's topics....unfortunantly.

I guess it makes it look like you're yelling.
My friend uses all caps ALL THE TIME and its pretty obnoxious. He's a pretty loud guy, so it's kind of like having someone talk really loud right in your ear every time he types something.
But I'm surprised that yahoo answer called it rude. Actually, that kind of makes me giggle.

By convention, all caps is shouting, and therefore rude. Use your cap lock all you want off-line, but on-line, you're in a larger world in which yours is only one voice, so you can no longer assume the luxury of breaking convention. Society, even cyber-society, has conventions it may apply, and levels of tolerance it may choose.

All caps is considered VERY rude by most net.folk. I'm glad they did it.

You wouldn't walk into a room and start screaming, would you?

I don't know if it is a rule, but it gets reported all the time.
Maybe someone thinks you are yelling at them,
if the letters are large. Go Figure!!
