Not if that criminal repents and ask for forgiveness and knows the truth as the man hanging on the cross next to Jesus did.

Luke 23:Jesus on the center cross, and the two criminals on either side. 34 Jesus said, "Father, forgive these people, because they don't know what they are doing." F109 And the soldiers gambled for his clothes by throwing dice. F110 35 The crowd watched, and the leaders laughed and scoffed. "He saved others," they said, "let him save himself if he is really God's Chosen One, the Messiah." 36 The soldiers mocked him, too, by offering him a drink of sour wine. 37 They called out to him, "If you are the King of the Jews, save yourself!" 38 A signboard was nailed to the cross above him with these words: "This is the King of the Jews." 39 One of the criminals hanging beside him scoffed, "So you're the Messiah, are you? Prove it by saving yourself – and us, too, while you're at it!" 40 But the other criminal protested, "Don't you fear God even when you are dying? 41 We deserve to die for our evil deeds, but this man hasn't done anything wrong." 42 Then he said, "Jesus, remember me when you come into your Kingdom." 43 And Jesus replied, "I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise."

God Bless You

pricey buddy, "The wages of sin is lack of lifestyles" and not in any respect torture afterwards. There are a number of Greek words translated as "hell". regrettably none of them obviously shows what takes position to the Spirit at the same time as a Saint or Sinner dies. that is an massive subject matter that desires a large number of writing. relax certain there isn't any Double Jeopardy! each and every sinner is given yet another threat to repent and if he does no longer, then he's extinguished in 2d lack of lifestyles! (The modality of this 2d threat is an argument of discussion, i do no longer opt for to get into it at this aspect) Draw your conclusions from a million Peter 3:19,20; a million Peter 4:6; a million Cor 15:29

I agree with Chopper. Serving prison is man's punishment; but there's something greater than that. Who are we to judge the badness or goodness of a man? We're just sinners ourselves.
Saving a person from hell is not the work of any many or any law made by man. That's Jesus Christ's job.
I person, as long as he/she is still living, has the capacity to be saved from hell regardless of his past.
Confessing sin to God and accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and personal Savior saves us from it. No more, no less.

The only way not to go to hell is to except Jesus Christ as your savior and ask forgiveness of your sins. It doesn't matter if you have already been punished for your crime. So the answer is yes if your haven't asked Jesus Christ to forgive you of "all" of your sins.

They only go to Hell if they have not been nice and kind to everyone. That is the ONLY way into Heaven according to Jesus.

So by my estimation, Heaven is filled with gay people and hookers at this point, and everyone else is in Hell.

Sigh.

PHYSICAL vs SPIRITUAL.

Just because a person has served PHYSICAL punishment for a PHYSICAL crime does NOT mean that they are now SPIRITUALLY cleansed.

If what I believe than they are in luck there is no hell except in man's imagination or the grief on this planet already.

No one is "condemed" to hell based on where they've been. You could kill someone and still go to heaven. Only those who reject Jesus as their Lord and Savior are going to hell. And all you have to do to go to heaven is honestly accept Jesus into your heart.

Neither Satan nor God is a cop.
Hell and jail are completely different. You can go to hell and not have been in prison and you can go to prison and not go to hell.
