the eye muscles!!! do u mean weak? or just tired? the most used muscle is the heart. i dont know if it ever gets weak ( unless maybe you have an illness that compromises the heart. ) And the strongest is the gastrocnemius muscles ( calf muscles)

I have no idea but I cant wait to find out. Unless its my brain the more I use it the weaker it gets (memory wise)
