The recipe called for bark. I set it on the counter to cool and harden and just checked on it. It's still soft and very pliable. I'm suppose to break it into pieces. Did I use the wrong chocolate? Is there any hope?

Hi

It is fine..either put in the fridge or in the freezer..it will harden....sounds good...

I usually drizzle white chocoalte over peppermint candy canes broken up...or star light mints...

other ideas...pretzels (sticks, etc) goldfish crackers, nuts, chex mix..anything salty as well....

yummie..your making me hungry...you can also add food coloring to your white chocolate..that is what I like..more festive coloring!

you can also dip sugar cones in it! and then add your peppermint bark pieces to that...and wrap in celophane paper and then tie a ribbon around it..and give as a gift....

have a wonderful christmas!

Place the pan in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and then break it up. Chocolate always needs to be chilled to set well.

You can try putting it in the freezer for a couple hours. It should set, I use chips instead of bark for a lot of candies I make.

Good luck and merry christmas!

The chips are formulated to maintain their shape whilst extra to cookies. for the reason which you're melting the chips first- it is going to likely be fantastic. i've got eaten white chocolate chips maximum surprising out of the bag and that they style super- so your recipe will nonetheless be sturdy.
