First stop worrying about the future... no one knows!!!! All you have is today.... Try to find something you love to do and ...Do it!!!Then hopefully you will find the joy to love yourself. Try living in the moment and look for what is good and beautiful and not focus on negativity. Ask " How will I be happy?" instead of "why am I not happy?" ..........Just a thought ...Peace.....

I'm sorry your having a rough time of it. No one knows with absolute certainty what the future holds in store for them, so don't feel like your alone in that feeling. This is a very difficult time of year for a lot of people, for a lot of reasons. Just take it one day at a time. Be kind to yourself. Try to figure out what is making you so unhappy? Talking to a mental health therapist might help, or even just a friend or someone who you trust. Pray to the Lord for his guidance and his wisdom and ask for him to comfort you in your despair. Keep posting on here if you need to vent your feelings. Take care, God bless.

We can help you here. Let us know what is really going on and we will do the best we can to help you. No one really knows the future and sometimes that is the good thing. Life would be so boring if we all knew what was going to happen to us tomorrow. There would be nothing to look forward to at all. Just take one day at a time.

you are not happy because you do not know the future. you would be happy if you realized that you make your own future. God allows us free will and we get to choose what we want to do in life. happiness is a state of mind and only you can make yourself happy.

Your God can help you. Happiness comes from inside, you can change it. Nobody knows the future. Positive thoughts bring positive things.

im never all that happy ....
Every one around me thinks im happy b cuz im all ways smiling and im always hyper and nice ...
but really ... i act that way to hide the way i really feel .. i dont mean to ... but it really aint all that great of an idea .. b cuz then your friends and family dont know the way you feel so thre for they can not help you....
the main reason you may be unhappy ... is you dont get out all that much .. or u may have not had a good relationship in a while ... that really efects the way we live our every day life .
so my advise to you , is that if you dont get out and hang out with your friends/family all that much .. do that .. and just have fun! live every day like its your last ...

No one knows their future it's called DESTINY we go where destiny leads us and it takes us down some wrong paths but will lead us down the right one eventually we just have to spot it. No one can predict the future and no one ever will be able to so deal with it and live life to the fullest!!!

depressing eh? i ask myself the same th8ings.....the best suggestion is to clear your mind and not think about it over eccessivly..... just keep your self preoccupied with something... hobbie, work, school, family. something ..... It is a fact, things happen when you least expected them to happen... so just don't expect them to happen.... life is alot happier that way.....try to keep your self busy with the things that do make you happy
