I have a lot of questions.. please awnsers! thanks.. Can someone give me websites or can someone tell me some good exersizes that paticualry {sp} works on your stomach and thighs?? Im 15, im 5ft and last month i was 145. I think i fit into the category of " emotional eating". I also have motion sickness so i cannot get on a ab lounger and i recently found out i have asthma... Any suggestions?

This video is dated and sometimes annoying..but it really works out your stomach area!! I do it everyday and it really works. Look at the comments people have left on the video. Just try it out and eat a little less and you'll be on your way!!

you get motion sickness from an ab lounger? ok...never heard of that (and I have severe motion sickness) but moving on.... there are tons of other ways to exercise. run up and down stairs, walk a dog, jump rope, go swim some laps, ice skate, ski/board, ride a bike,etc,etc. motion sickness is not a legit excuse to not exercise. get creative and find activites you like. if you know you are an emotional eater, then dont eat when you are feeling emotional! leave the kitchen and walk around the block or read a book or listen to music or call a friend or surf the internet or do homework or paint your nails. Anything! just dont eat until you are hungry.

U have to reduce your meal. If U want to work on your stomach and thighs, U need to walk constantly, don't run. U may need to register with Bally Fitness
