when you're making eye contact, break away sometimes by looking at his mouth and then back to his eyes again...yeah, that should work

Well the best advice I could give you is, when he goes to kiss you the first time make sure you keep yours eyes locked. If you look away he will take that as a hint you don't want to kiss or you don't want him to kiss you on the lips. If he hasn't kissed you yet. Then girl quit being shy and you make the first move. My best advice for when you go to kiss him, is to do it when your faces are close to each other. Good Luck!!!!

ask him out. or when you're out with him take him so you'll be alone and while talking to him lean in a little bit, maybe lick your lips a tiny or say something about him being cute. most guys will catch it :)
