dr watson, blah..blah...?

i've got this error in my computer, it keeps on flashing on and on. ot says there: "dr watson postmortem debugger has ancountered a problem and needs to close." what do you think is it? is it a virus?? can somebody please help me?

when does this error pops open? is dr watson a anti-virus program? need more info. let me know if u need more help
