ok I've been friends with this guy sonce like 5th grade but now I'm starting to have feelings for him and I don't know how to ask him out and I only see him in school

yeah...i'm gonna go with the flow and just say ask him out. if you've known him since like 5th grade (um..wait, what grade are you in now? o__o) then u probably already have a good, solid realtionship built and now all u need is the courage to ask him out. Trust me, for guys, if a girl asks them out, even if he doesn't like her, he still feels grateful that you actually mustered up the courage to ask him out

Get his number and call him up a lot
Start good conversations and get to know what he's really interested him
Then ask him out on a date at first, but casually and to where it's more like two friends hanging out
Bring it up in phone conversation (or online whichever you prefer)
When you hang out, that'd be the best time to ask
Just subtly do it, like "would you ever go out with me"
then discuss, it might lead somewhere!

If you're already friends with him, get his phone number or email or something. Hang out with him more and you'll know what to do when the time comes. :-)
