I want to add an shortcut to an application or a folder to my right click context menu in.I don't want to use any software for this.

You can add/remove shell extentions in the registry.

Start->run->regedit

The key which you add an application to is :

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell

As far as I know, you cannot. Those are default admin settings. Perhaps a good programmer might be able to, but I have never heard of it.
