you can melt it over a water bath-then add some melted chocolate, that should help it set.

My no fail fudge didn't set for me. Realizing i messed up on the time to cook the sugars down...I put all the mixture into a large glass mixing bowl. Added 2 cups confectioners sugar, Microwaved that for 1 min. then stirred it. Then Micro waved it on HIGH again for another 9 min. stopping and stirring every 3 min.BE CAREFUL as this mixture is extremely hot and if gets on you by accident you will burn badly as it will stick to you!...Use oven mitts and if you need another person to assist please do that. In your pan which to pour it into.. Grease sides and bottom. This will fix your fudge and set up and you will be so happy :) Good Luck!

you cant fix fudge when it has set out at room temperature just go to the store and buy some of that puff marshmellows that are in a jar it has fudge instructions on the lable

You throw it out. Then buy a jar of kraft jet-puffed marshmallow creme and get recipe off the back of jar, AWESOME FUDGE

have you allowed enough time for it? i can only imagine what you have done... can you be more specific about your recipe... (did you melt your own chocolate) then i can help i have tons of fudge experience.
