Does anyone have any favorite desserts or breakfast ideas to share? I want to make my family something for breakfast or dessert on Christmas!

Make Ahead Brunch Casserole
Ingredients:

4 cups white bread, cubed
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup tomato, seeded and diced
10 eggs, beaten
4 cups milk
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled

Procedure:

Generously grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of dish. Layer cheese, green onions, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes on top of bread.

In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasonings, mix well.

Pour egg mixture over bread, sprinkle bacon evenly over top. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 325 degree.

Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set. Stand 10 minutes before serving

THE BEST CAKE IN THE WORLD

1 BOX MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 SMALL CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1/2 JAR MRS RICHARDSONS BUTTERSCOTCH CARAMEL FUDGE ICE CREAM TOPPING
1 SMALL TUB COOL WHIP
2 HEATH BARS, CRUSHED

Bake cake as directed on box. Immediatly upon removing cake from over poke holes all over with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour entire can of sweetened condensed milk over holes. Spread 1/2 the jar of ice cream topping over cake (will get messy). Refrigerate 1 hour.
When cool, spread cool whip over top, sprinkle heath bars over cool whip. Cake must be refrigerated.
* If you can't find the Mrs. Richardsons ice cream topping...you can mix caramel, butterscotch and fudge toppings together.


BISCUITS & GRAVY

1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 prepared biscuits

Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.


HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS
1 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1 egg
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons instant powdered milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
5 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened (for spreading)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar

Place water, egg, bread flour, white sugar, powdered milk, salt, 5 tablespoons butter and yeast in bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select DOUGH setting, and turn machine on.
Meanwhile; in a small saucepan, melt 1/3 cup butter. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and ice cream; bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes. Pour caramel into the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350.
When machine has finished cycling remove dough from pan and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Pat dough into a rectangle. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Crumble 1/2 cup brown sugar over the top. Roll up, and seal edge. Cut into 12 rolls, and place in prepared pan of caramel. Allow to rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
