Are they deported or do they have to serve jail time? Does the government give them a pat on the back and deport them so they will run over the border to do it again?

Unfortunately, they serve time in jail, on the taxpayer dollar. After their sentence, they are deported.
The victims, of course, American Citizens... sorry about that, hope your credit score gets better in the next 7 years, and god forbid you get audited by the IRS.

Actually, they do go to jail , Using someones I.D. is a bad thing now.. It can be a felony in many instances. So they would have to serve jail time here, and then they are deported.. But you are correct, After that are right back over here again.. They can't get enough of Texas, I can tell you that for sure ..

Jail time, then deportation. And yes sad to say, just days after deportation most are right back here, and the first thing they do is get a new stolen ID and SS card.

You are asking about enforcement against illegal aliens . Do you know how much paperwork bureaucrats would have to do in order to deport these guys ?You should know better than that. It does not happen. By the way , This problem is rampant but employers plead ignorance . And employers are also not held accountable for enabling this practice.

THERE MAY BE PEOPLE OUT THERE USING YOUR SSN, FOR FRAUD... AND YES THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THAT BUT AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THE PEOPLE THAT DO BUY SSN.. DO IT FOR ONE REASON... THEY DON'T HAVE ONE... WHY? BECAUSE THEY DON'T QUALIFY TO ENTER THE UNITED STATES THE LEGAL WAY , JET IF THEY DO USE IT THEY USE IT TO WORK HARD... AND THEY PAY TAXES AND IT DOESN'T MATTER AT THE END WHEN THEY RETIRE THEY WONT WET A PENNY BACK FROM WHAT THEY HAVE EARNED...I am not saying it is OK to do so but people have needs.. and they have families to work for and with out an amnesty they have no choice but to do so...MANY DON'T HAVE A LIFE TIME TO WAIT FOR A CHANCE TO ENTER UNITED STATES WITH A PERMIT...

Pretty much majority of the time, NOTHING. They just blend back into society steal another social security number until they are finally really prosecuted.
