my fiance is a manager and hired this girl to work for him tonight that is kind of slutty and i wouldn't have been mad about it but he said he didn't tell me because he thought i would be mad. well im not mad but when i called and asked him tonight if he hired her he said "yes i hired her" and then one of his employees busted out laughing because he assumed that i was going to get mad about her working there. so does this mean that he's talking about me to his employees>?

Most likely yes. I wouldn't be mad at the girl he hired but at the fact he didn't tell you. It sounds like the relationship is a little shaky if there is this type of communication. I would take some time and really think about your relationship and his maturity level before you continue into marriage.

it is always a common occurence that a manager or an employee talk to each other about personal matters,and you should know it by now,all you have to do is remind your fiance that you've trusted him so much,and tell him not to abuse it,your fiance is a manager so unfotunately he has to deal with anykind of prospective employee and he needs to build a solid team from within,so just be supportive to him instead
