im a 16 year old who is 5'9 and 135 i am VERY uncomfortable about mybody i feel extremly overweight and that is all thatpeople notice i have a fear of eating in front of people and i love controlling my weight. lately i have been trying t limit my calories to 500 a dayy and the last couple days ive been down to 100 ive been doing so good and im loving it. i want to weigh 110 lbs hten maybe i will be satisfied. i love working out also and i love weighing myself and feeling in control i dont know why its kind of weird? but i dont think i have a problem i just need someone to reassure it. i hope you can help.

The fact that you had to ask means that you DO KNOW that you have a problem. 500 calories a day is not healty -- and 100 definitely is not. Sounds like anorexia to me. You need to see a doctor.

Yes, you are showing signs of having an eating disorder. At 5' 9" and 135 pounds, you are not fat at all.

You need to find some professional help before it gets out of control.

nonono. Google your height and weight proportions and see what your average weight is suppose to be!! im assuming between 125-160. Meaning 135 is skinny and completely average for your age and height. 110 would be like a stick!! :(

yes you do. you are already skinny and you are planning to lose even more weight. you are also obsessed with your calorie intake and your uncomfortable with your body which are all symptoms of an eating disorder. i have one myself and i go through the same things everyday i feel ya but you definiely have an issue so be careful please

135 isnt really skinny. its average, but isnt the average person really overweight these days?
