Green gas will give you FPS's depending on the gun. A pistol with highflow valves will push 330 with green gas. my standard TM m9 will shoot 250 FPS, while the non-blow back MK.23 that my friend uses will do 400 on a warm day.
Green gas is propane with silicone added to lubricate the parts. If you switch to propane (which is 2.5 a bottle) you will need to lube the gun.
At point blank it could go through skin. so wear clothes and try not to shoot people at very close ranges.

220 feet per second, gas is CO2 with a dye and no on going through skin.
