ok so if you chew the juices out of the food and then spit the food out is it the same calories if you just swallow it? and if not is it enough calories to count? so like could you still gain weight from eating ffood and spitting it out? and i know this is not healtthy so please dont give me alot of comments saying oh you have an eating disorder because i already know i do .. i just wanna kno the answer thank you peoples :-P

This is a very poor and unhealthy way to attempt to cut calories. Eating celery is a much better way to cut calories. It effectively has negative calories, makes your stomach feel full, and gives you fiber which helps transport burned fat out of your system.
