A friend of mines house used to always smell like pickles. She never could figure out what it was. Well then my son came home from shcool smelling like pickles and his papers smelled like it also. We went to his school for parent teacher conference and the whole school smelled like pickles also. Then there are my cousins who smell like pickles whenever the come over there not sure what it is either. I asked my son if he ate pickles at school and he said no. He doesnt even like pickles. Same with my friend and my cousins. So does anyone know where that smell comes from and why? It bugs me to keep smelling it and there are no pickles around I really want to know what it is.

I think It's the mildew that builds up in the class room, from perspiration. Children are very active, and imagine a room full all day long, It gets on there clothes, there hair, anything that is made of cloth. Well that's my guess anyway.

I have had people tell me that my house smells of pickles too, they said it was the air freshner I was using (airwick scented oils harvest spice) I changed ALL of them to a different fragrance and thought i had the problem fixed, but just today a friend of mine was in town for the holidays and remarked to me that I smelled like pickles. DAMN!, I thought. Maybe the old smell hasn't completely gone away, if you find out a definite cause please let me know.

you cant improve pickles....you improve cucumbers after which you pickle them...in basic terms come out and tell her that she smells like **** and your bored to death on your stepson coming homestead and smelling like pickles....yo
