hmmm...well, let's see...before i say anything, you need to know that the best thing is to be yourself. you shouldn't change who you are for anybody, unless you're going to like..marry him or something...
Anyway, you say he loves anything electronic. well, just try to apporach him and talk to him about some kind of electronic that you know about..but try not to seem like a dork, that might end up being a turn-off and mess everything up right there. You say he also likes video games? Well, one thing that I like about girls in the video game category is that I can talk to them really easily about a certain video game that I like and that we can find some game(s) that we really both like and can talk about, then afterwards, this leads to a point where you guys go over to each others houses and hang out and can play each other or whatever...(not a big video game person). And um...I think that's all i can tell you...i think u just need to trust me on this. afterall, I am asian myself xP

Easy, do you remember when you made friends with your friends. It was awkward right? Well, you know what he likes. Just ask hims why he likes them. If he says something like "you wouldn't understand" tell him to try to make you understand, and sure enough he will start talking. Then he will think you are cool for taking an interest in what he likes. You will probably learn something pretty cool aswell. Just think about it. When someone asks you about what you like, you talk until they can't take it anymore, I am sure of it. It should work the same for him.

start researching on how to use those electronic stuff that he likes or how to play those video games that he likes,so that whenever he starts talking about those stuff you will sound and look smart to him,there is no other smart way of impressing a guy but to understand what he wants or needs

what do you mean "with gauges"? Like a 12 gauge? A gun? So if that's what you mean then does he carry a gun legally?
