Why do people get mad about Christmas trees being put up and nativity scenes, but why do school's get to serve fish every Friday? Why doesn't someone complain about that?

Fish is a good part of a healthy diet. The oils in fish can actually help prevent arthritis if it is regularly throughout the lifetime.

I haven't heard of any schools that still serve fish on Fridays..... do you really think kids would choose to eat it? I believe on Fridays schools usually serve pizza. As far as I know, people are just trying to make sure Christmas isn't forced on anyone who doesn't care to celebrate it. It's fair, I think. If you have a Christmas tree at home, why do you also need one at school and in the town square? And why is it necessary to villainize those who don't want their kids to feel uncomfortable when they are pressured to accept Christianity as an essential part of life at school?

Fish is not just a religious thing... a christmas tree is.

We don't celebrate religion in schools. So we don't do religious things. Eating fish is not a religious thing.
