What could it be? No recent injuries or strain. Moved upward to a spot a little higher today. No longer hurting in original spot.

Once infection has been ruled out IE: kidney--bladder etc...Consider possible sacroiliac joint inflamation.

It can occur for no reason and is very painful leaving one feeling like they can not completely stand up straight but feel better bent over a bit.

If the joint is out--one leg will be ever so slightly shorter than the other.
A trip to PT will show you how to "pop" this joint back in.

The best advice is to seek a Dr.s advice.

Sounds to me like a kidney infection. Might wanna have that checked out.

Sounds blunt...but are you constipated?? This can be a classic symptom. Without any urinary complaints, Thats the best answer I can give.

kidney stone? depends on how much pain you have. they can be extremly painful or not much at all...depends on the size of the stone. also they will shift around your kidney till they pass...could expalin the movement in pain.

sounds likeback ; muscle spasm try Robaxicet from local pharmacey maybe your like menot enoughexcersize it works!!.
