I admit that ive cheated on my lover, and i knew he had done the same thing... Both of us knew but we still acted like we are so loving... Do you think we should carry on like this or do we split up?

if you both know about each others' affairs already, sit down and talk about it. Think about if you're really happy with the situation and see how he feels. Talk about whether it would be best to break up or stay together based on if you think your situation is working for the both of you.

There are people in open relationships. Is that what you really want? What do you lose if the relationship ends compared to what you gain if you stay together? Only you can decide. Marriage counseling can help you ask the right questions and come to some resolution.

Depending on how open-minded both of you are, I'd talk about it and see if you can salvage what you have built. Who knows? Maybe, you can have an exciting sex life by having many partners while having that emotional connection with each other. Good luck and tell us how it works out.

If both of you have been unfaithful to each other then something definitely is wrong in your relationship.Drop the facade ,life is too short.Find out why you cheated on him and learn from your mistake.

You should talk about it...how do you both feel about each other? Do you both want to stay together? Perhaps the cheating helped you each to realize how strong your feelings are for your the partner you are supposedly committed to...or perhaps it helped you realize that s/he isn't someone you want to be with long term...
Think about it separately, then talk it out together...

Do what makes you both happy, people do have open relationships but if your both young then maybe its best you stay friends if you still want any sort of relationship.

maybe some time apart will help you 2 decide what you really want. And instead of running off to other people why not take some alone time to get to know yourselves better.

maybe you both need somthing more..instead of "cheating"why not bring a couple of extra players into the ring with you to and be more open and honest about it

you should just split up because it shows that you are not enough for each other and it also shows that neither of yous are happy in the relationship. just be friends :) :) :)
