I believe that a person should def be emotionally stable before they get in a relationship with someone else. If your just getting over someone and feel like you need someone else to be there for you, you should let that other person know that. In other terms if your asking if you should be financially stable yes/no yes because if you two want to go out to dinner you don't want him/her paying for everything. No because its not a bad thing if your not rich or anything but if you have enough.

GOING IN TO A REALTIONSHIP BECAUSE IF YOU NOT THEN

yes and in different ways ,you must be stable mentally,physically and moneywise so that you wont be the reason if your relationship wont work,
