Finals are this week and i am stressing out what can i do to chill and calm down so that i can do well on these tests?

Ugh...finals are this week for me too.

Get some rest.

Get your mind off of it by doing a hobby that you enjoy or something.

It's my answer to everything, but try to just calm down by doing some yoga.

When I was in nursing school I always study the night before, just before sleeping (helps you remember) and not too late. Then I would hit the gym or take a 20-minute brisk walk before the exam.

Exercise has got to be the best stress reducer.

First thing you need to do is get some rest. Usually when you are stressed.. rest helps the chemicals/cells in your body to rejuvenate. Melatonin is a natural sleep aid, that can help you relax and you can buy it @ any drug store..Walmart, CVS etc...

Once you are relax, study and get someone to go over things with you. You will do great! Stop worrying and get some rest. Things will be fine!

Another remedy is to do something FUN to make you laugh, great stress reliever...too!

Self motivation. Tell yourself you are going to do really well and study hard so you do do really well.
