The Anti-Virus is downloaded to my PC and I tried to download the Anti-SpyWare of the same brand as the Anti-Virus (Zone Alarm) and this error comes up that says "Cannot download because Zone Alarm Anti-Virus has been detected. Please call custumer service or remove the offending program."
Wgy is it doing this if it from the same brand?

One program must cause a conflict with the other and won,t allow you to download it. I recently bought a new anti-virus program and during installation it informed me that I needed to remove a free anti spy-ware program that I had installed earlier in order to function properly.

I would try and remove the anti-virus and then try installing the anti-spyware first and see if that will work,it might have to be installed in a certain order?

Do not worry. You can use Zone Alarm. If yoyu donot want thst program, uninstall it by opening add/remove in control panel. Also you should be careful against spam also. Visit the link at http://fixit.in/stopspam.html

spyware progarm is probably already installed with zone alarm.
