If your looking for a phone number we have a generilzed site called Canada411, it is run by the major phone companies, if you know the persons name and the town, city or area they live in you can get a list if the people in that district and narrow it down, but as stated before all you need do is like in the U.S is dial 1, the area code and then the number, you can do this for most english speaking countrys in this hemisphere.
