I agree with Katie Bug "Oops" or "Goof Off" works the best at removing paint, caulk, crayon, etc.

I just painted my daugther's bathroom and I used wet wipes to clean up the paint off the tile, floor, sink ect...
Baby wipes work great for almost everything, also Lysol wipes are good

Depends: first, try warm soap water with a rough/sponge scrubber ; second, I would try a putty knife or razor with paint thinner or "Kaboom" it! I had concrete cement glue on my tile and the Kaboom did the job and desolved it easily.

Hot water and a cloth. My husband is a messy painter and he had it all over my hardwood floors and the bathroom tiles. Doesn't matter how long it has been there.

I like the blow dryer treatment. Heat will soften the paint, and it will come off like a dream. Use a popsickle stick, or wood scrap once it gets hot.

Use a wood soap - it will soften the paint and then will rub right off
