I have lived in both, and if you are just worried about health care, I think Canada has the better system. And from my experience, taxes aren't any lower in the USA. There are wait times in Canada for specialists at times, but you don't have to pay every time you see a doctor and if it is urgent you go to the top of the waiting lists. I find that the general health of the entire population in Canada seems better as a result. I have received excellent health care in both countries, but I feel better living somewhere where I know everyone is treated equally when it comes to staying healthy. It is also far less stressful to get medical care in Canada - you just show your health care card and everything is taken care of; no co-pays or insurance companies to work through... I much prefer the Canadian system.

This is a difficult question. Im speaking for prince george, BC, and Michigan USA healthcare. Michigan healthcare pretty good actually. it takes time to get an appointment and the prices are always high. Usually a few weeks for a real doctor, and the clinics don't really treat you well at all.
In PG BC, well.. The doctors are crap. Some are really good, but those are few and far between. Seems like the doctors here and there are equally crap imo. My bfs gone to the doctors too often lately, with no conclusive results. :(

Low crime value, good well being care, intense high quality practise at a low value,a social care community for those in confusing situations. WHY ? i think the respond is WHY no longer it does not seem a confusing element to do. it quite is quite useful to ask WHY does not usa do the fairly some issues we do. Or is there a reason you like intense crime, super unemployment and persons promoting their properties in the event that they pass to the medical institution.

Yes! I lived in Canada for a year and it was so great. So many people living there are American. All the stores are open late but there is less poverty and more wide open spaces.

I have lived both places. The healhcare in Canada requires you to wait for months just to get a doctors appt. Where I lived in Canada, it was no better than where I live here.

The problem with Canada is that we have accepted same-sex marriages as legal. Our country is heading away from our Christian roots even faster than America.
