Try ice or something cold on them as coldness dulls pain. This usually works for me when I have pain. You can also try heat as heat increases bloodflow and you may feel better. Good luck and hope you feel better.

You didn't describe the pain. But if its sort of swollen/feverish, and feels like someone is squeezing them all the time, it might be an infection. The little chords on the back of the teste is usually the cause, sorry I can't remember the clinical name. Week of antibiotic will clear it up. I have had this 3-4 times in the past 15 years. Scary, but almost certainly NOT cancer. See the Doctor, it doesn't seem to want to go away on its own, Can go on for weeks at a time.
