cut your calorie intake and exercise at least 3 times a week for up to an hour in your target heart rate. I'm trying to do the same and you can lose up to (safely) 2 pounds a week if you do that. However, I also have a nutritionist. It takes more than just eating bran or wheat or drinking water, although the water does keep you healthy and hydrated. you have to portion your sizes and watch the calories with the foods you eat. I still eat what I want, I just count my calories and don't exceed what my body needs to function. I can't tell you that, but I hope this gives you a good start.

That is kind of a lot to lose in that short period of time but it is possible with hard work. Just stick to a strict diet of high carb, high protein and make sure to get your heart rate up once a day for about an hour. Also work all your body muscles once a day for an hour and a half. Good luck losing your weight.

Welll..... The way I did it (and wreaked my life) was smoked about a 16th of speed a day I lost 40lbs in like 30 days. Then I lost my kids and car and apartment. By the grace of my god I made it back from the dark side.I have everything I lost and more back. Now I just carry the extra 50 lbs with pride and joy, for it represents me being clean. Low fat, low carbohydrate intake, with exercise, and more smaller portioned meals, drinking plenty of water, has worked for me.

I went from 210 lbs while in college, down to 180lbs, W/10 percent body fat in a few months, and I continue to exercise and eat right.

Even though I am a 29 year old man, and my metabolism is slowing down,I hope this information can help you.

Eat whole grains to make yourself full quicker, drinks LOTS of water, it flushes out your system. eat lots of bran, it helps you poop and with the water, flushes your system so that you lose weight quicker, and you NEED to eat til you're content, don't let yourself be hungry. Shirataki pasta is great stuff, you can eat a lot of it and it's carb free, made out of tofu. yogurt, soy, fruits, vegetables (not corn or peas or certain beans) with some olive oil (good fats) Eat butter with olive oil in it, it has good fats, not bad fats in it. when you start to feel better from eating better, jog and do DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) if you have a PS2. It really works. I used to weight 245 3 months ago, I weight 196 now and STILL losing. :-)

Best, healthy way is 100% raw 100% vegan diet. Don't need to buy books, videos, nothing. Just fresh raw fruit vegetables nuts and seeds from the market.

When you get up in the morning,fill a gallon jug with water,carry it around with you and drink that gallon of water every day,Seeing it in front of you will remind you to drink it.Do that every day and you'll lose the 20 pounds.
