Then either have a cold shower or don't shower together!!
Come on, we're not dumb - you're just 'boasting'!
Two close people, of whatever sexual mix, deciding in advance to shower together is not 'normal' friends' behaviour - it is a way to get naked together and there is only one 'normal' reason for that!!
Otherwise - if you can't think "pure thoughts" - imagine the most repulsive person - of either sex - you can remember, or the most embarrassing moment in your life!

At first it will be pretty awkward because you'll have a stiffy or no stiffy from the awkwardness. It will feel alright after the shampooing starts and it'll just feel natural popping her a kiss every time she looks at you. If you're not ready, don't do it. But if you do do it, It is the most romantic naked non-sexual thing you can do. This advice doesn't work if she just jumps all over you.
