OK, I am getting back into the game. I have an 06 Nissan maxima SE. and am ready to put "King Kong " Back in my trunk.. Lol i just ordered two kicker solo baric L7 12's in a ported box, and am Debating going with the ZX 750.1 or the 1500.1. I am getting my CD deck, mids and highs, and amp installed tommorow, also running wires for the sub amp.

The amp must match the total watts RMS of the subs at the rated impedance (ohms) of how the subs are wired.

I just bought the exact same subs. 2 12" solobaric l7's 06 model and I'm powering them with a brand new kicker 1500.1 amp. I couldn't have matched a better pair of subs with that amp. Definately go with the 1500.1. Don't settle for anything less!

The new L7's are gonna bust some stuff up, man!
I plan to put three of em in a fiber glass box in the back of my Scion xB.
Each one is going to be run by a Three seperate one channel amps, eahc pushing around 3000, Minus the efficiency brings it to around the Peak wattage, which i always treat as RMS....
Hey, it's worked for every sub I've ever owned, even little PoS 8"ers I used to have in a miata!

so your only going for SPL huh? then why go with kicker? there SQ is bad, and there amps are just awful for SQ. should have done some research and went with a Pioneer SPL5000. its louder then both your subs. and probably costs less. so sad.
