We often hear about Mein Kampf being evil and repulsive. Are there any quotes from Mein Kampf that promote tolerance or any good virtue?

Read it - it's not long. And it's on the web http://www.hitler.org/writings/Mein_Kampf/

Then you can decide for yourself.

Of course - it's very racist. Here's a quote from the conclusion:
"A state which, in this age of racial poisoning, dedicates itself to the care of its best racial elements must some day become lord of the earth."

It has been a long time since I read it, and nothing virtuous sticks out in my mind. Other than Hitler completely rebuilding the German economy, providing some degree of political stablity (regardless of the dirty tricks he pulled to get the Nazis in power), and lifting Germany from the disparity of the Treaty of Versailles, Hitler should not be looked to for positive, virtuous quotes.

If you consider absolute loyalty to the other members of your political party and towards what you're told are your country's "best interests" to be a virtue, the Nazis were fairly enthusiastic about that.

That would depend on whether or not You happened to be a Nazi. I, for My part, can well do without any reference to the book for any purpose other than to use it to start My BBQ: "book-burning" was after all one of the Nazi's favorite past-times.
