First, drink a lot of water. Second, if you're still growing, you still need to drink your milk and when you do, try to avoid whole milk and use 1% or low fat. Keep your sweets to a minimum. It's ok to have a treat once in a while, but keep the seving size of fat about 3 tablespoons or less.
If you only eat enough vegetables, fruits, and meat, you don't need many carbohydrates because vegetables and fruits make complex sugars and carbohydrates. Keep your meats lean and proportionate. Try cutting off the excess fats you see. If you eat too much meat, the protein will turn to fat. Go for leafy dark green vegetables, and an orange vegetable a day.
EX: 1 glass of milk 1%, 3 servings of spinach, 2 servings of Fruit salad (apples, oranges, pinapple, etc.), 2 servings of Chicken without the skin or fat. That would be just one meal.
Eat enough so that you won't be hungry in the next 4 hours and don't snack in-between meals!

And of course all healthy diets come w/ exercise. it's easier to do 3 days of 30mins each of biking or jogging or whatever than long weekend hours.

Drink detoxification tea every day for almost 2 months to help your liver. Drink 8 large glasses of water every day. Eat a complete balanced breakfast, then a small lunch (veggies and fruit), have 1 very small snack (like raisins) and when you have dinner, make sure what you're eating isn't microwaved. And take your vitamins in the morning. Excercise 30 minutes every day, and try meditation.
