I really don't want to overdress, i was thinking dresspants and a nice long sleeve shirt would do. I think that wearing an entire business suit isn't really appropiate, but its my first job interview so I have no clue.

i think you have the right idea not to overdress. pants and a shirt is good for either of those, you don't wanna overdress with a suit, but also, you don't wanna be too casual. maybe for the clothing store, go and have a look beforehand at what the staff are wearing and go along those lines. good luck!

You should always dress more on the professional side, just in case.
slacks and a button up shirt would be better. Or a nice sweater.
You don't necessarily need the whole business attire, but you don't want to give off the impression that you "Just stopped by"

Depends how formal does the clothing store applies to their line, but it's always advisable to be formal for a 1st impression.

I say your choice's is pretty good, but I think a little accessories won't hurt, as clothing line always prefers a more fashion savvy personel, not some dowdy, boring gal......so, if you have fine pieces of earings or necklaces, try brighten up your outfit using it, the key it BRIGHTEN ....NOT over accessorized, so choose either the earings OR necklace.

..I like to see them with a skirt very a nice Lent .....low shoes not too low and also a simple blouse that can along with the skirt ...not big earrings and maybe a set that can be pretty like little earrings with a little bracelet and and a necklace very very simple ...no too much perfume and a pleasant smile ...simplicity it is Elegance in other words!!

Always dress the part and when in doubt try to get a peak at the person who will be interviewing you, and dress similar to them.
