You planning on crossing the border by swimming the Rio Grande? Otherwise, why would you need a zip lock?

Both items are allowed in your carry on luggage and do not have to be put in a zip lock bag. The items that need to be in the zip lock are liquids and gels. I suggest if you have more questions to visit the TSA website http://www.tsa.gov/ they have the complete list of what you can and can not bring on the aircraft with you as well as how they need to be packed.

Hope this helps and have a great trip!

Instead of putting the cell phone in her pants the woman should put it in her purse or else pants pocket. How can anyone put their cell phone in their pants and except it to stay there and not fall out. The cell phone should be in a case with a clip on it so it won't fall off.

Hi Under the new rules of 3-1-1 it's only liquids that are the main problem with travel on air planes .Under the new rules all liquids as carry on are to be under the amount of a 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized,in a clear bottle, If in doubt, put your liquids in checked luggage. The link below discribes the new rules, anything that you'd normally have as carry on remains roughly the same.If in doubt declair it.

I assume you are going to be flying somewhere? If so, you will have to take everything out of your pockets when you go through security, so just keep them in your pocket and remember to take them out when you do the security check.
