My bet is that you have an irregular sleeping pattern. You go to bed at different times every night and get varied amounts of sleep. This will cause anyone to be drowsy and sleepy all day. You need to first dedicate a set amount of hours for sleep. I recommend 6-8 hours of rest. You also need to set the exact time for sleep and stick to it. You need to go to bed at this exact time every night and sleep for the amount of hours you set. If you keep on this, you will feel a lot better during the day. Yeah it will be very tiring when you wake up, but you will stay awake all day without a problem. If you have difficulty sleeping, I also recommend working out for about 45 minutes doing everything from upper body to running. This will run down what's left of your body's energy and also make it easy to relax. You will fall asleep in no time and be back on track to great days! Hope this helps! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

R u worried of any issues? or may be something is bothering u. when ever u go to sleep just think of things or people who make u happy.
even if u r tired if u have some worries u cant sleep well. First think u have to do is, if u have any problem dont keep thinking on that problem instead u try for a solution then u can resolve it. U need to be confident and capable to face any sought of problems.
Nothing is impossible in this world becoz i think u know "impossible itself says i m possible".
I think u understood what i mean to say..
one more thing if u dont sleep atleast for 6 hrs a day u will face health problems. u face loses glow and u look dull and many other problems.
If u still cant sleep better go to doctor and have a checkup..
Nothing serious just go and have a check up thats all.

It's possible that you may be animic (sp) low iron, you may want to have your thyroids checked as well, if they are not working properly that may causr sleepness and fatigue. Also, if u are more of a night hawk maby try sleeping a little earlier. Try getting your blood tested to see if any of these problems exsist. If this has been going on for a bit I suggest maybe seing a doctor, he may perscribe meds that would help with sleepyness. This can also be a form of depression, if u feel sad and tired. I would go see the doc just to be on the safe side. Hope all goes well :-)

First get tested for mono. Look up the symptoms and see if you have them. Then try to get a full atleast 8 hours of sleep everynight. It could also be due to the fact of your diet and what you eat. Carbs make you tired and so does turkey. So looks at what you eat, drink a glass of water room temp at the end of every meal and get some rest. Good luck!

It could be depression. It could be a thyroid problem. It could be that you need to eat more healthy, and exercise, or it could be a heart problem. Depression outweighs them all I think....I'm kind of battling the same thing. It's hard I know. What you really need to do is go to your doctor, and figure out which of those you can rule and and which may be a possibility. You could also be anemic. I wish you the best of luck.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

I am having the same problem. My problem exists because my bed is broken and the mattress is only 3 inches thick. Your problem could be anxiety as well.
