My cousin and I have noticed that we have semi-dark hair on our stomachs (kinda around the bellybutton) and we were wondering if there was a way to lighten it without spending a lot of money on a store product...thanks!

Lemon or lime juice.
Squeeze it on the areas with hair and lay out in the sun after for about an hour or so and it should lighten it up without using bleach etc. =]

You could go to Sally's beauty supply store and get a bleach made for hair. They make a bleach called quick white and it works really well. It is made for the hair on your head but it would work anywhere. Maybe not your eyes. It will cost $6.00 and that is more than enough for two people.

hydrogen peroxide for cleaning cuts and scrapes then go into sunlight for a while or into a tannig bed

lemon juice and a hairdryer don't use bleach it'll make your hair orange and make it split
