that they are making an upside down cross?!? What's up with that?

Every time i've seen someone do it, they have been going from forehead to chest to shoulder, to shoulder. Maybe they're just lazy and don't quite make it down to the belly. But I've never seen anyone go down to their belly.

They shouldnt be doing that anyways.
Nor should they be congregating in those things called "Churches".
Nor should they have crosses or prayer beads.
Nor should they have statues of saints.
The Vatican and the Pope should not exist.
Priests should not be called "Father" but rather "Teacher" instead.
Women should be the head of any religious gathering, not men. Men's roles are to serve the women heads and help with the teaching. Women's role is to lead and spread the word to those who wish to hear.
Forcing their views on others is an act of extreme violence and should not be done.
There is only one thing to do to get into heaven.

The primary problem is that people never actually read the Bible, or if they do, they listen to the Evangelists or the Fathers or the Pope, rather than reading the actual words that are there that tell them not to rely upon them, and also gives explicit instructions on how to figure out what to trust and what not to trust from the written words.

Seek the Truth and you shall find it!

Whether it be an upside down cross or right side up, there is no mention of the requirement to do so in the BIBLE. It is a man made ritual. God only requires repentance, acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and faith in Him.

According to everyone else who answered your question, it should look right-side up. But everytime I've seen some one do it, it looks upside-down too. Maybe the people we've seen doing it just do it wrong.

That's an interesting way to look at it, but it certainly is not the conventional way of looking at it. If you juxtapose a cross onto your body, the crossbeam would fit where your arms are. Thus signing the cross represents the top, cross section and the ends.

do you realise that the Catholics did not call tha father son and holy spirit untill after they "converted" many Pagans.

and that Triune gods are an ancient Pagan Tradition.

looks like we converted you.

i really am not trying to start a fight here, but if you are going to worry about something that may be wrong with your religion, i would suggest that you look at the things that are actually there, and not a precieved problem that is just your mind looking for Satan in everything.

It's not upside down you start on your forhead and move to your stomach, so it's like drawing a cross on your crest. If you were to draw it on a paper you'ld do the same so it's really not upside down.

Oh my gosh you are right. It is an upside down cross. It is no wonder I stopped going to church. My subconscious could not handle all the upside down crossing.

fairly exceptionally. i'm shocked you haven't blocked me and others who carry the opposing view about the sabbath like some thing have conspired to do. perchance you a minimum of believe in freedom of speech and expression at the same time as it contains faith. lots of the others have desirous to work out to it that folk who examine their questions and skim the different solutions are not any further uncovered to any "detrimental" practise. Makes one ask your self about sabbath keepers customarily, attempting to regulate practise like this. If the tables were grew to develop into, they could be screaming non secular persecution. .

Sorry to disappoint, but you're wrong. If they do it correctly, forehead, belly, shoulder, shoulder, you would see that it is not upside-down. If you would like, you can take measurements.
If you do it wrong, you're simply doing it wrong.
