i have Osteoporosis and I am hooked on soft drinks (15-20) per day, Is this harmful???

Y'know, I've heard that too much soft drink of any kind can weaken the bones. I don't know if that's scientifically proven, or an urban myth. One thing I *do* know: 15-20 diet soft drinks a day is not really good for you. Even though it says "diet", there are sugars in those drinks that will add weight to your frame.

Water with lemon or lime. It's much better for you...and won't hurt your body.

Yes, I think diet soda will do as much harm to your osteoporosis as regular soda. Both have phosphoric acid as one of the ingredients. Phosphorus has an inverse relationship with calcium...meaning, if you're high in phosphorus, you'll be low in calcium and vice versa.
