macromedia flash 8?

every time when i upload song to the library, and then put in on a layer, i cant listen to it....i could see the song on the layer but when it plays i cant hear it...
any help with that ?

turn your speakers on.... lol. jk.
but try editing the sound properties. sometimes it sets it to off.

I have flash mx 2004
Go to publish... and in the flash tab look for audio stream and audio event, click set on them and then click mp3 then click OK
