ok now i kno wat it means but wat does 1 rind of lemon mean?

It's the yellow part of the peel. Not the white spongey part, that's the pith. Rind is also called zest.

Lemon rind is the white part of the inside of the peel, shaved or grated to add to the recipe; its flavor is more itense than lemon jouice but not as sour--sort of a concentrate of the flavor of lemon
without being annoyingly strong.

In cooking it called the "Zest" you scrape it off very fine for certain recipes, such as a Lemon Pie. Get only the yellow, I scrape until I see a light white start to show.
