Not if done by a dermatologist, no. They laser them out.

I don't think so. Once its removed it's gone. I have a mole that I've considered having removed, however, my doctor said that I might have a butterfly mark afterwords, so that's the only thing that is stopping me. When you get the mole removed, the get all the tissue out by going down to the root of the cause, therefore, there are no cells left to cause it to reappear.

Very unlikely.

A mole isn't like a wart--it isn't a virus based on the skin. Unless it's cancer, your mole will never come back.

i had one the size of a pencil eraser on the left side of my neck.
it was bothersome for two reasons.
one, i was afraid it was cancerous,
and two people always starred at it (made me self-consious)
the dermatologist froze it,and cut it right off in the office.
they sent it away for testing, no cancer.
but it has been 3 years, no sign of regrowth.

i did get looks for a while though, people thought i had a hickey on my neck.
now you can't even tell that it was ever there

some times it will, sometimes it won't. it depends on how deep the mole goes and how deep the doctor cuts. you don't want to cut too deep because it scares, but if you don't cut deep enough it grows back. i would look into laser removal.

yes it can possibly come back. They may not have got rid of all the root from the mole.

No. Lasers are used, and they literally fry them off. (Lipomas -- fatty bumps under the skin, however will grow back often,)
